Method One: Transfer Audiobooks from iPod to Computer

You can connect your iPod to computer and you can see the information on the interface of the software. Choose Audiobook on the left panel and select the audiobooks you want to export from iPod, then click Export button to export the audiobooks to computer.
Method Two: Delete Audiobooks from iPod with iTunes
Step 1. Connect the iPod touch to your computer with the iPod USB dock cable. By default, iTunes launches and attempts to sync with the iPod Touch.
