How to Get Pictures from iPod to Computer?

Q: I can't seem to find the user guide that came with my iPod and my computer is slow so I'm not able to read through the forum as thoroughly as I'd like. Anyway, does anyone know how to transfer photos from iPod Photo to a PC? I know how to do it the other way around. Do I need any software to do this?
